How Long Does Shipping Take?

• Orders are processed between 3-5 business days.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• Shipping within Canada has the following shipping times (in business days):
• For US and International orders, estimated delivery times are based on your location.

As long as the merchandise is in its original condition, we will give you a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE within 30 days!

All refunds, store credits, or exchanges must be made within 30 days since you received your order.

Please send our company an email stating the reason for the request for the return or exchange.

You are responsible for your own return label. We do not provide pre-paid return label. Shipping the item back to Toronto Curly Girl Meetup is the customer’s financial responsibility and is non refundable. 

The original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault was our own.

What cannot be exchanged?

Items within the TCGM collection and all sale items.

How do I exchange an item?

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not exchanged within 30 days will not be accepted.

Step 1:

Re-pack your items in the original packaging. Include your receipt and all labels.

Step 2:

You are responsible for your own return label. We do not provide pre-paid return label. Shipping the item back to Toronto Curly Girl Meetup is the customer’s financial responsibility and is non refundable. 

Step 3: 

Attach return label on top of your original address label 

Step 4:

Please keep receipt of postage for tracking purposes. Please do not mail the return without obtaining a certificate of posting.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item(s)-

How many products are needed for sponsorships?

• We recommend enough products for 300-350 people

I would like to partner with TCGM for more than one event, is that possible?
