Where Do You Ship?

  • We ship worldwide!

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Orders are processed between 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional fees and taxes may occur due to the location of shipping.
  • Shipping within Canada has the following shipping times (in business days):
  • For US and International orders, estimated delivery times are based on your location.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

As long as the merchandise is in its original condition, we will give you a full refund or exchange within 15 days!

All refunds, store credits, or exchanges must be made within 15 days since you received your order.

Please send our company an email stating the reason for the request for the return or exchange.

You are responsible for your own return label. We do not provide pre-paid return label. Shipping the item back to Curly Girl Meetup is the customer’s financial responsibility and is non refundable. 

The original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault was our own.

What cannot be exchanged?

All sale items and downloadable products.

How do I exchange an item?

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that are not exchanged within 15 days will not be accepted. Please email info@torontocurlygirlmeetup.ca for the return address.

Step 1: Re-pack your items in the original packaging. Include your receipt and all labels.

Step 2: You are responsible for your own return label. We do not provide pre-paid return label. Shipping the item back to Curly Girl Meetup is the customer’s financial responsibility and is non refundable. 

Step 3: Attach return label on top of your original address label.

Step 4: Please keep receipt of postage for tracking purposes. Please do not mail the return without obtaining a certificate of posting.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item(s)- info@torontocurlygirlmeetup.ca

If I am a product sponsor, how many products are needed?

We recommend enough products for 200-300 people

2. I would like to partner with CGM for more than one event, is that possible?

Yes, we are open to creating packages for ongoing sponsorship and brand partnerships. Email us at sponsorships@torontocurlygirlmeetup.ca for more information.
